My name is Leon Haylock and I am a breeder and exhibitor of Orpingtons. We are based in Rural West Sussex and currently keep the following Rare and Traditional Breeds of Poultry - Light Sussex, Gold Laced Wyandottes, Blue Laced Wyandottes, Buff Orpingtons, Black Orpingtons, Blue Orpingtons, Crele/Legbar Orpingtons, Cuckoo Orpingtons, Gold Laced Orpingtons, White Orpingtons, Black Mottled Orpingtons and Blue Mottled Orpingtons.

Although that seems like a lot of colours we only have around 35 breeding birds, throughout the year we hatch around 200 Orpingtons but only end up with around 100 hens once we have selected our exhibition birds. We then have a selection of hens and cockerels for sale.

For those of you who enjoy hatching and rearing your own birds we do occasionally sell hatching eggs, which can either be collected from us or sent through the post in purpose made polystyrene egg boxes, please refer to the "prices" section if you are interested in buying hatching eggs.
